The Madrid BS is the Medium/Narrow width version of this iconic one-strap slide, built on a unisex last and crafted with Birko-Flor — a skin-friendly, tear-resistant, and easy-to-care-for synthetic material exclusive to Birkenstock that mimics the texture and appearance of natural nubuck leather. A single strap with an individually adjustable metal pin buckle provides a clean, minimalist look with a customizable fit, while a soft suede footbed lining keeps the underfoot feel smooth and moisture-absorbent throughout the day. The anatomically shaped cork-latex footbed features Birkenstock's full support system — a deep heel cup, interior and exterior longitudinal arch supports, a transverse arch support, raised toe grip indentations, and a high footbed edge — all molding progressively to the foot with wear. A lightweight, flexible EVA outsole cushions and absorbs shock with every step, and the entire sandal is proudly made in Germany.
