Return guidelines

• Timeframe: You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact. If it's a pre-owned item, it must be returned in the original shipped condition.

How to start a return

1. Go to our return portal at returns.shorelineshoes.com.
2. Enter your 4 or 5-digit order number and email address.
3. Follow the steps. You can choose a refund or an exchange.

Return shipping

How you pay for return shipping depends on whether you added Returns+ when you placed your order.

• With Returns+: Your return label is free. Start your return in the portal and use the prepaid label we provide. Nothing is deducted from your refund.
• Without Returns+: The return portal will offer you a discounted prepaid label. The cost of that label is deducted from your refund. You can also decline the label and send your item back with any carrier you choose, at your own expense.

About Returns+: Returns+ is an optional add-on offered at checkout. Its small fee is based on the weight and number of items in your order, and is normally about 25% of what a return label would cost.

If you ship it back yourself: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt for your records.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? When you start a return in the portal, you can choose an exchange or select another item, and we'll ship the replacement right away instead of waiting for your original to arrive.

1. Choose an exchange or select another item in the return portal.
2. We place a temporary hold on your payment method and ship your replacement immediately.
3. Ship your original item back within 7 days of starting your exchange.

• If the new item costs less: Once your original item is returned, we refund the difference to your original payment method.
• If the new item costs more: You'll be charged the difference. No refund is issued when your original item is returned.

Important: If your original item isn't shipped back within 7 days of starting your exchange, your payment method will be charged the full price of the replacement item.

Inspection and processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

• Timing: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Label deductions: If you used our prepaid label without Returns+, the cost of that label is deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Items specifically marked “Non-Returnable.”
• Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel, for hygiene reasons.
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide assistance to resolve the issue promptly.
